WATCH: How did this putt on the European Tour not fall?

I've watched this, oh, coming up on 55 times in the last few minutes. I cannot figure out how it stayed out of the bottom of the cup. It was going a bit fast, but that is just a brutal lipout.

Chris Wood was the recipient of this brutality last week at the European Open. He missed the cut.
