How to Sail Through Europe for Half the Price This Summer

Travelers looking for a sun-soaked European vacation can take a cruise through the continent this summer at a fraction of the price.

Azamara Club Cruises is currently offering travelers a buy one, get one half off deal on a variety of its cruises, including a 31-day journey that takes you to more than 20 bustling ports in Europe.

The cruise, which sets sail July 5, 2017, departs from Athens, Greece, before traversing through the Greek islands of Mykonos and Santorini, Croatian ports like Dubrovnik, and luxurious stops in France that include Saint Tropez and Marseilles.

A combination of the cruise line's top Mediterranean sailings, the journey also includes stops on Italy's Amalfi coast, where you'll visit an authentic lemon farm and limoncello distillery, and Venice, where you'll be able to witness the grand feasts and celebration of the Redentore Festival.

There will also be a chance to explore the world's largest underground canyon near Koper, Slovenia, and racing fans are encouraged to rent a performance car and take a spin along the route of the Formula 1 Monaco Grand Prix race in Monaco.

Passengers will see the floating markets and exotic islands of Thailand and Vietnam, the fjords and dramatic landscapes of Norway and Iceland, and the sprawling architecture of Dubai.

In addition to getting 50 percent off a companion ticket for the cruise, travelers who book by March 31 will get $3,100 in onboard credit and a complimentary internet package to use during their trip.

Regular tickets for the 31-night Mediterranean getaway start at $11,888.10 per person for the cabin interior (including taxes and fees).
