My favorite month of the year is finally here! I love October, because it signals something new and different is on the way. The heat of a summer in Louisiana that has worn us out is gone. The temperature changes renew us.
You see it in the cleverly decorated houses as they delight us with fall or Halloween decor. We are ready to celebrate something-- a new season of fashion, football, festivals, hunting, gardening, etc—and, as much as it pains me to say it as your local friendly travel agent, I understand why you would not want to leave!
